Parimatch Egypt welcomes you to its service. The following Terms and Conditions outline the conditions under which we allow you to access and utilize our services. This includes all betting, gaming, and other related services provided by us through our website and mobile app. Upon registration as a member or when you place bets on this site, you agree that you have fully read, understand, and accept all terms contained here. Parimatch can modify or update any part of the Terms and Conditions at any time, and these modifications take effect once they are published. If you continue using the Parimatch Service after the modification date, then you accept the modified Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Age and Legal Requirements

Use of Parimatch’s services shall be restricted to those users who meet minimum requirements established by law (i.e., at least 18 years of age). All accounts belonging to users under 18 years old will be terminated without warning, and all funds will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Account Creation

A registered user may have only one active account on the Parimatch platform. All required fields must include accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the initial sign-up process. Duplicates will be deleted without notice to the duplicate account owner. Winnings earned from duplicate accounts may also be voided.

Deposits and Withdrawals

When you make a deposit, it should be credited to your Parimatch account immediately or at most within the amount of time stated at the time of checkout.

Withdrawals

We will generally process withdrawals back to the same payment method that was originally used to make a deposit. However, we do reserve the right to ask for identification prior to making a decision about accepting a withdrawal. The amount of time it takes to process a withdrawal varies based on the type of payment method that was originally used, but in general, it could be up to five working days.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Terms and Conditions apply to all Parimatch promotions, including bonus wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and time limits. Void Bets and Cancellations

If you fail to comply with our rules, we can immediately suspend your account, forfeit all balances, and cancel all pending withdrawals. Intellectual Property

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, account funds may be withheld pending investigation. Users will be notified of the outcome in accordance with legal requirements.

Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Remaining balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

Limitation of Liability

Parimatch online shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, data errors, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Governing Law and Disputes

Dispute Resolution

Users who experience a dispute are asked to contact our customer service department first. Where possible, it would be helpful if both parties could resolve their differences amicably without requiring further action. However, where disputes cannot be resolved by way of direct communication between customers and Parimatch, they can be referred to either (i) the appropriate regulatory body in whose jurisdiction our licences were granted, or (ii) through an independent third-party dispute resolution process as outlined under our Licence agreement. As a final measure, legal recourse should be pursued only after all reasonable avenues have been exhausted.

Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If any significant amendment is made, users will receive notification prior to its implementation. Such modifications shall become binding upon users immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on our website.

Should you object to any amendments, please cease using Parimatch’s services and formally request cancellation of your account. By continuing to utilise Parimatch’s services post-amendment, you consent to the modified version.
